Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0Effective 13 July 2026Sabiki Pte. Ltd. · UEN 202135394K · Singapore

Short, and mostly common sense. This policy forms part of your Subscription Agreement.

1. Connect only tenants you are entitled to

This is the one that matters, and it is the one we will terminate you for.

You may connect a Microsoft 365 tenant to AIRM only where you have the authority to do so: because it is your own tenant, or because you are the customer's managed service provider and they have authorised you, or because you have their written permission.

AIRM is a discovery tool. Pointing it at a tenant you do not have authority over is unauthorised access, and depending on where you are, a criminal offence. We will not help you do it, and we will cooperate fully with any investigation into it.

2. If you are an MSP

You are responsible for having the authority you claim. When you connect a client tenant you are representing to us that the client has authorised it. We are entitled to rely on that. We may ask you to evidence it.

You are also responsible for what your own staff do with the access AIRM gives them.

3. Do not do these things

4. Fair use

Our pricing is per tenant. Scanning is not rate-limited in normal use and we do not intend to make it so. If your usage is so far outside the normal pattern that it degrades the service for other customers, we will contact you and we will work it out. We would rather talk than throttle.

5. What we will do if you breach this

For most breaches we will contact you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it.

For a breach of section 1, or for anything that endangers other customers or the service itself, we may suspend your access immediately and without notice, and we may terminate your agreement. We will tell you why.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using AIRM to access a tenant they are not entitled to, tell us at abuse@sabikisecurity.com. We take this seriously and we will act on it.
