AI Readiness. Are we ready to switch AI on?

Sabiki Security makes two products. AIRM (Agentic Identity Risk Management) is the ongoing subscription platform that discovers, scores and governs every non-human identity in your Microsoft 365 tenant — start there free with the Sabiki NHI Risk Score™. The AI Readiness Assessment is a different thing: a point-in-time, read-only scan of a single tenant that answers one question with evidence — is it safe to turn on Copilot, and if not yet, exactly what has to change first.

It is in beta. Registration is required before it can be run — by an MSP on a client tenant, or by an end customer on their own. One assessment per customer tenant.

What the assessment actually does

Read-only, through the Microsoft Graph API. No agent installed, no data leaves the tenant, nothing is changed.

The verdictA grade, and a plain answer 0–5.0 across four bands — At Risk, Needs Work, Pilot-Ready, AI-Ready — with a stated verdict on whether it is safe to switch AI on today.

Why one is gated and the other is not. The Risk Score is AIRM’s front door — open, instant, re-runnable. The Assessment reads deeply across a live tenant and produces a board-grade verdict, so while it is in beta every deployment is registered and approved first, and each customer tenant gets one. Re-scans, drift alerts and score movement are what an AIRM subscription adds.
